We love to maintain complete hygiene while packaging your products and try our best that it reaches you safely. Hence we advise to check the size chart before the purchase to minimise the chances of replcement of products.

Replacement & Returns :
Avail easy size replacements on the products purchased using www.myfandom.store.
Incase of wrong or damaged products received, reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery and you will be provided with a replacement of the same product at No-cost.
Please keep the product in its original condition. In case the products are used, due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a replacement/refund.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

-- Products can only be replaced if they are in an unused condition
-- Face Masks, socks, Coffee-sipper, pop-holder and such products are not applicable for replacements.
-- All products to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
To process with Replacement
You can send back the product in unused condition with original packaging & tags to our warehouse within 10 working days from the initial date of email intimation.
On receipt of the same package our QC team will inspect it & your new order will get dispatched within the next 3-5 working days to provide you with a delightful customer experience.
Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care. You must email [email protected] to notify us with the subject mentioning the Order no. or You may contact us on WhatsApp (Mon-Sat 10 am to 6pm)
In case of a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was made. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode which was used for making the payment. In the event, the mode of payment is selected as “cash on delivery”, no amount is required to be refunded.
No return or replacement or cancellation will be given in the following cases:
- Any products purchased under sale or offers.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format or any form of a PO Box address under COD orders.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our authorized shipper.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation. MYFANDOM makes the best effort to put up actual product pictures and shall not be liable for minor optical variations due to screen brightness between actual product and photograph.
While we take a lot of effort to ensure that every customer’s expectation is fulfilled, we understand that sometimes, we make mistakes and cannot match up to your expectations. So if there are still any concerns, do reach out to us and we will see what best can be done.

What if the product I ordered arrives and it doesn’t look like the photo in the store?
Oftentimes the images used on the store are digital mock-ups of what the product is intended to look like. This will typically vary once the product is created and shipped out.
Feel free to reach out to our team if you feel that the product you received differs greatly from the digital mock-up on the store. be sure to send a photo or two so our team can see the difference to better help you.
Who pays for my return?
You will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange.
Wrong, Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders?
What do I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your product arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect product, we’ll need photos / videos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect product was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect products within 5 days from the date you received the order.
Once we receive the photos / videos, we’ll pick up the wrong/damaged product. Once the affected product is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us at the email listed above. we’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!
We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the product has been worn, used, or washed.
How do discounts and special offers work?
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. all offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks or vouchers are available unless otherwise noted. not valid after purchase, on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, or handling and processing charges. purchaser must pay applicable sales tax. offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, promo, coupon and/or offer. promotions have no cash value. offer cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered. void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. returns or cancellations of any portion of a purchase requires equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.
